When I load videos from my Apple iPhone onto my PC computer, it loads all the videos horizontally even when I took them upright. How can I flip all my tons of sidways videos 90 degrees to be upright? Don't want to save them on flash or discs all sideways. Would I use Photoshop Elements or Premier Elements. Can you walk me through the steps? Have 2018 edition. Tried calling Apple and got nowhere.

Learn to hold your iphone correctly. Apple has built-in correction software that compensates for incorrectly held iPhones. But non-iOS devices don't. See this video.

You would not flip it you would rotate it. Premiere Elements would likely be able rotate your video that need rotation 90 degrees. This is a Photoshop forum. Full Photoshop has basic video editing. Photoshop can open videos into a video layer. Photoshop can easily rotate a layer or the whole document 90 degrees. I have no idea if Photoshop Elements has any video editing features.
