I have 15 screen captures.  I want to crop and resize them, then combine the results into an animated GIF.  How can I make sure I am getting the EXACT same area cropped from each image? The attached is a sample but is obviously to large and has extraneous screen contents that I don't want in the final version.

(Using Adobe PS CS6)
