how to make webp animation with PS 25.1.0 or another Adobe programm?

Does anyone know, how to create oder better export an animation to webp format? I found some older discussions here and the solution for older PS versions was the plugin. But does that work with the newest version of PS? Or is there another Adobe programm to use? Even in Media Encoder I didn`t find an option to convert to webp. Thanks for help!

@hohsienku Photoshop does not create native WebP format animations. You'd still need a third-party plugin or service to convert a GIF format to WebP animation.
