How to move brushes from the Photoshop Library into the Brush tab

I have brushes in my Photoshop Library that I would like to move into the Brushes tab.  I have tried dragging and copying but they aren't moving.  Does anyone know how to move the brushes out of the Library?

I don't know if this is the best way, but with the Library brush selected, go to the Brush Settings panel menu, and select New Brush Preset.

That method certainly works.  I have recently downloaded 30 brushes and they automatically went to my library.  There are many others that are also in the Library.  I was hoping to find a way to move all of them simoultaneously to the brushes tab rather than having to create a new brush preset for each one individually.  It would seem that there must be a way to do that but I have not found any articles on that topic.
