How to Outline a font with Photoshop on iPad

Hey guys, coule anyone please tell how I can Outline a written text with photoshop on my iPad? On windows i know how to do but for PS on iPad i don't find any advice.

By outline - do you mean adding a stroke?

Can you not do this in the Layer panel (sorry not an iPad user).

Exactly, I mean that the font has a border (in a different color than the font itself). With windows i would do this with the "fx" control, but with my ipad there is no "fx" field and i can't do it in the layer options.

Hi! iPad user here 

I haven't found an outline option either so I've just been duplicating the text layer and adjusting the width and height to create a border type effect 😓
