How to remove photo behind the glass but keep the reflection?

Not sure if this is even possible but I'd like to replace the photo behind a frame but keep the reflection for realism.

Sorry, the Forum is »on the fritz« and I can’t download the image in its full resolution. 

Could you attach it instead? 

 

In a case like this I would generally try to isolate the Channel with the least »image«-content and the best reflection-contrast, retouch out the rest of the image (Clone Stamp Tool, Content Aware Fill, …), apply the appropriate Adjustments as Smart Filters and set it to the proper Blend Mode. 

All in a Group with a Layer Mask so one can easily switch in replacement images as Smart Objects.
