how to save custom sizes in the artboard tool

How would I create and save any custom sizes when using the artboard tool. My first issue is when trying to create a custom size it changes to a size thats already in the system (like Android 1080p). Once I can get help with that I would like to save my custom size so I dont have to keep manually putting it in. See image for more info. I am on Photoshop CC2022 version is 23.4.2

Unfortunately creating your own artboard presets are not possible at this time.
