How to transfer pictures to creative cloud

I just install Creative Cloud Photoshop. Do you know how to transfer my pictures from my deskpot to Photoshop, to creative cloud? Step by step?

What do you mean exactly? 

When you have an image open in Photoshop you can save it locally or »Save to cloud documents«.

Yeah, I'm slightly confused.  As c.pfaffenbichler,  when you open it in PS,  just save it to cloud documents.  Or do you want to move them directly to Cloud Documents?
