How to use a CJK font in Photoshop?

Hi,

I must be missing something. When I try to use Chinese, Japanese, or Korean language fonts, I am not seeing the option to use them in the Character language dropdown menu. How might I be able to use one of these languages? Do I need to install a language pack?
