How to Use [Downloaded] Text Effect

Hi, all. 

Operating PS 2021 on a Mac. 

I downloaded some text effects templates / files from Adobe Stock. NOW - how do I actually use them? Please help!

We need more info in order to be able to assist you. First of all which exactly template, can you provide us with link? If you can open file in Photoshop please post screenshot with the Layers panel visible.
