Huge cursor lag on beefy computer with Photoshop 25.11

I have no idea why my cursor lag is so slow in photoshop (see video below). My computer is plenty specs for Photoshop.

What's really weird is Photoshop Beta works perfectly fine. I have no qualms with just using the beta edition, but it's super weird.

@Sangiewolf check the brush smoothing setting in the options bar, you may have it set to 100% rather than the 10% default

Yes it's super I don't even use the brush tool so it's not only about that. The hole UI is freezing, lagging and gets better after keeping it open for some time which is not in my favor when I have a deadline.

Did this happen in the previous version of Photoshop? Is it weird that it doesn't happen in the Beta. Also, are you using any type of Anti Virus?
