Which window: application window of document window? If document window, go to Window>Workspace>Reset Essentials. If you can't move your appication window, try resetting you preferences.

Which window: application window of document window? If document window, go to Window>Workspace>Reset Essentials. If you can't move your appication window, try resetting you preferences.
