I am unable to use IA credits in Photoshop ; does anybody know why ?

Hello

I would like to make my SketchUp project look photorealistic. I asked Photoshop to do it for me. It tried, I see the progression bar going to, maybe, 20 or 30%, then it closes and say : "Votre administrateur systeme n'autorise pas l'accès à cette fonction pour le moment. Contactez-le pour plus d'informations / Your system administrator does not currently allow access to this function. Contact them for more information".

I tried then with various and easy prompts, but I always get the same answer.

The computer is my own, I am the administrator. However, I am actually a student, my Creative licence is not mine and therefore, I only have 250 IA credits (247 left). 

What could explain this comportement ? 

I never encountered this kind of message previously and I don't know what I could do to prevent that.
