I am using Wordpress can i integrate new UI with Wordpress

Hi,

I have created a blog with newspaper them on wordpress and using the latest PHP versions and newpaper theme fully activated. Since I don't like the UI of my newspaper theme. Here is how my website fan-topia looks like.

I am learning basic UI things with adobe but don't know how to integrate the Wordpress with the UI I have created on my own. Is there any tutorial we can take help for integrating
