I bought the photography plan and cant install photo shop

I bought the photography plan (20 gb) and yet I can not install photoshop and creative cloud says I am on a free plan. My bank account was charged and when  try to re buy it gives me an error and says I own it. How do I install photoshop???

Are you definitely signed in with the same email address used in the subscriptiion?

Have tried the obvious stuff like restarting the Creative Cloud Destop app?

What does it look like?  It sounds like you can click and open Manage Account?

 

What country are you in, and is the credit card you used registered in the same country?

Is that country in this list?

If everything looks OK, then you are going to do what Barbara suggests and phone support.
