I am using Windows 10. Since I installed the latest editions of Photoshop and Lightroom Classic, I can no longer launch Photoshop from Lightroom. It is grayed out. I tried reinstalling Lightroom without success.

A greyed out option can mean:

  1. the original file is "Missing" in the catalog.  Do the thumbnails show the 'missing' exclamation mark?
  2. you are using Smart Previews and the original file are not connected for Lightroom to access. (eg. unplugged external drive)
