I'm. Using windows 7, 32bit , and whenever I try to add a video to Photoshop it tells me that Photoshop doesn't support this Windows version, is it impossible to add a video while using windows 7 32bit?? Or is there a way I can add a video? I tried to add different types of videos media players but all were same thing , please help me if you know.

Windows 7 and Windows 8 are long since unsupported by Microsoft and Adobe, and support for Windows 10 ends next year. Do you have plans to move to a newer computer with Windows 11?

What version of Photoshop do you have? Did you just install it or did the issue just now start?

It's 2015 version, since I installed it I can't add any videos so I don't know if it's because of my windows 7 32bit or another reason.

Yes most likely, you have an unsupported system and can expect problems.

When did you install PS 2015? Seven years ago or more recently?
