Hi! I live in Montenegro and I wanted to use Photoshop. I liked the plan with the discounts in the advertisement... I tried to pay but got this message

A license to use CS (Creative Suite) is no longer sold legally. Photoshop has been subscription only since CC (Creative Cloud) was released in 2013.
