I can't click on the artificial intelligence feature that comes with the new update, the feature appears but I can't click it, so I can't use it.

Generative fill is in the beta version of Photoshop. Please confirm exactly which version you have installed (from photoshop's System Info).
Next confirm you are in RGB image mode and have made a selection to fill
