I apologise if the solution is super obvious and I am just being a spaz! I clicked Download on the free Bowie Toolkit brushes, and it took me to my account on the Creative Cloud website. I selected the brushes and then selected 'Add to libraries'. The button now shows 'Adding to libraries'. But after that I am not sure where to go to actually import them into/find them in Photoshop?
I can't find any further Download or Import options from that page on the CC website... so I am unsure what the next step is. I have never really imported downloaded brushes onto Photoshop before, but it seems you need a file to import into the program?
Are these brushes perhaps not for Photoshop and meant for a different Adobe program, or am I just missing the most obvious next step? 😄
Sorry if this is really obvious and I am just totally clueless. Would really appreciate someone's input hehe
With your Photoshop document open and your CC libraries open, right-click on a brush from the Bowie Toolkit library and select Use in Document.

It looks like Adobe made the Bowie Toolkit available via a Creative Cloud library:
Other Photoshop brushes are still available as downloads in the .abr format:
