I can't get my tablet to work while using photoshop

After installing my driver, I can't get my pen to register at all in photoshop. If I click harder it shows a circle, but then if I move the pen, nothing registers. The pen will work in other programs, and it works to use the mouse in photoshop. Not sure how I can fix this. Nothing I search for so far seems to work.

No idea if this will work but try unplugging and replugging it in. Mine has done that and unplugging has helped every time. I have a wacom
