I can´t install a previous version of Photoshop

Hello, I can´t install a previous version of Photoshop. When I try it It doesn´t appear de option in the menu.

Can someone help me? Thanks

@guillermov50271008 that option is not available from the web platform, which is what you're using

You need to use the Creative Cloud desktop app

Thank you @Ged_Traynor , but when I try to to open the Creative Cloud desktop app, It appears a message saying that i don´t have internet conexion, but it isnot true, becouse I have internet conexion. Do you know what is happening? Thanks
