I can't rotate a 3d object in photoshop

I'm using the translator because I'm brazilian, but I simply can't rotate any text/3d image in photoshop that there is a bug that is here below

 

Can anyone help me?

Try this:

Go to Preferences >Technology Previews and check "Disable Native Canvas". Then close and restart Photoshop. Now try 3D again.

In case you don't know, the Photoshop 3D features are being discontinued. Be careful not to update Photoshop if you want to continue editing your 3D content. You might want to read the following page from Adobe on this situation...
