I can’t save psdc’s to my cloud

Hey all,

I've encountered a technical problem recently where I am unable to save files to the Adobe cloud. Whenever I click on the "save as" option it directs me to option to save it locally. The button for "save to cloud documents" is still the but when I click on it, nothing happens. The dialog box disappears for a moment and then pops back up. Any fixes? Thank you in advance for all the help.

Signing out and back in seems to have solved the problem. Thank you again for all your help!

Hi @changgo. Hmmm. Cloud saving is working right for me on Windows 10 Pro running PS 23.3.1 release. What have you tried in terms of fixes so far? Maybe log out and back in to your Adobe account? Can you access your other Cloud files successfully (i.e., select one to open in Photoshop)? Also, check your File Handling settings. Is your default file location set to save to Creative Cloud? That may not make a difference, but worth a check to see if it changes anything. Otherwise, try a Preferences reset or a system reboot, as those fixes usually clear out most problems. Let us know how it goes.

I've tried resetting preferences (which was a fix for one other problem I had before, tried it just to see), I've also tried reinstalling, both adobe cc and photoshop, so far nothing's worked. I'll definitely try your suggestions and let y'all know how it goes, thank you!
