I can save my AI and PSD in the creative cloud, but NOT IN MY COMPUTER. Any type of save us DOEST WORK

Do you get an error or any indication of the issue? Are you running on an administrator account? In general if you cant save from multipe programs to your local HD - it has to do with folder/account permissions on the local HD.
