i got a weird bug while opening a 3d texture

Whenever i double click default texture

it will open this instead of 3d texture:

it opens this weird window where i can see the menu of photoshop and if i move it the blank squares will lap over themselves, can someone help?

3D features are been discontinued in Photoshop https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/3d-faq.html

Adobe recommends using version 22.2 which is available from the Creative Cloud app, you could try enabling this option in preferences and restarting Photoshop to see if it helps
