I have a proplem with auto extras in photoshop

During the time working i accidently press "Extras" function shortcut(Ctrl+H) so i turn it off right away but now every time i open files from photoshop my view always auto turn on Extras view how do i turn it off without reset workspace preferences

View > Extras (ctrl+H) is a temporary toggle.

To hide/show individual components permanently, go to View > Show.
