I download photoshop from creative cloud but i get this error when use generative fill: to access firefly-powered you must have genuine adobe apps

I also have this issue, I've re-installed version 25.4 from creative cloud to see if that would resolve the issue, but it still presents the same error. I have the "all apps" plan on a teacher account through Louisa County Public Schools, so I'm unsure why this is happening.

@md._eyahia can you post your Photoshop system info, in Photoshop go to Help > System Info, hit the copy button and paste the entire thing into this thread

I have this same issue and hoping you can help, when I click Fix It I go here: Adobe Genuine Service where I can see that I am logged in and using my Adobe for Enterprise plan which includes the following:

Check with your IT department first, KN, as they sometimes disable Generative AI.

Thank you for your quick response, I did check with them earlier and they confirmed that it's enabled. I can use adobe firefly and browser versions of the AI tools, it just appears that I can't through my desktop apps. This worked perfectly fine up until today and I use this in my day to day work very often, which is why I am worried.

Ditto to @KN1989, I also have been using generative ai fine until today, and from this afternoon I am encountering the same issue.. not really sure how to work around it
