Windows 11 is not the official version, but it does not recognize gpu like the issue where gpu was not recognized last time.

I hope gpu will not be disabled in Windows 11.

Windows 11 is a long way off release and as such, no released versions of Photoshop currently support it.

At present it looks like there may be bigger issues for would be adopters, such as the availability of TPM modules for some motherboards to meet the security requirements of Windows 11. The scalpers seem to be the only ones with stock here in the UK and they are asking silly money. It's early days though, a lot can change between now and Win 11 release, and personally I would never switch OS on my main PC in the first months of release. Let someone else find the bugs first.
