when I'm trying to open PS it just shows me that window:

Daniel28838900ofo0_0-1678655960680.png
TRANSLATE: "unable to execute the request file not found."

I can fix it only if I reinstall PS but when I restart PC it does'nt work again and even if it starts it doesn't show my GPU, so I can't use GPU in programm. maybe this issues connected to each other.

what I tryed to do:
1. Reinstall or Update GPU drivers
2. Reinstall PS
3. Change GPU to another PCI-E slot on motherboard
4. Try to install other version of PS
5. Try to update any drivers I can

PLS HELP ME, I RLY NEED TO WORK

Hi @Daniel28838900ofo0 sorry to hear this.

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Restore your preferences using this manual method:

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually

Does it work correctly?

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,
Cory

Hi @Daniel28838900ofo0 what GPU are you using? Where are you installing Photoshop - on your local C: drive (Same drive as system folders)?
