I Lost My Photoshop Brushes When I Got a New Computer

I recently got a new computer and loaded it up with all my Adobe Apps. When I opened Photoshop CC, all of the extra brushes I purchased or loaded are gone. Is there a way for me to get them back? I know where I can access Kyle's brushes, but there were other brushes I purchased outside of Adobe that I'd really like to have again. If it matters, I have a PC/Windows version of Photoshop.

Old computer or sites where you have purchased. Many sites offer to re-download purchased item.
