What should I do? Do I have to pay again and use it?

Has Photoshop reverted to trial mode? If so, read this help page:

Who sent the text? I was not aware that Adobe sent texts of this kind, and it may or may not be from Adobe. Can you post a screen shot? (Do not include personal information.)
