I'm an annual PS subsciber with 7 months left on the term. I've moved all my files to an external SSD drive, and now PS treats me as a new customer. How do I get an activation number or something that verifies my subscription? If I sign in with my Adobe password, etc, it treats me, as I said, like a customer looking to buy.
Which version of Photoshop are you using? Would you mind DMing us your Adobe ID? Please re-login to the account. Launch the Creative Cloud desktop app. Select the Account icon in the upper right, then select Sign out.
In the next screen, sign in again with your Adobe ID and password.
