I can't preview the animation，export gif only a single picture。

and I can't open the mov in PS，I have tried multiple compilations（4444、4444xq、animation）in AE，because i need to keep the rgb&alpha channel。

The red circle with the question mark indicates that the placed content is not available. If it has been moved or renamed, you can relink it. In the empty space to the right of the layer, right-click, and select Relink to File... Then navigate to the content to relink it. Once the link is restored, try working with that content again.

I have the same problem, working on macOS. Also the option to replace footage is greyed out and not available 🥲
