I need to purchase the full version of Photoshop, not elements for PC. Which is the best monthly plan to buy? I see there is one that has Lightroom and Photoshop vs the Photoshop only. Please share your opinions. Thanks

Get the Photography plan (annual), payable at 9.99 per month or in a lump sum upfront. It's a special deal for photographers. Photoshop is the same in both. The difference is price.
