I need to shape a lots of texts like an ellipse (so I would like to have a script or action).

Ideally I would write a paragraph text normally. Then I would use a script (or action) to make it take an ellipse shape.

The problem is that I don't know much about scripting in Photoshop, so I come here to see if you guide me. Manually I would do something like make an Ellipse (U) about the same size as the paragraph text. Copy the text from the paragraph. Paste it inside the shape. And then delete the shape layer.

I attach an image to try to show you what I mean.

You can already make your text fill the inside of an ellipse. Here's how:

  1. Draw an ellipse with the Ellipse tool
  2. Select the Horizontal Type tool (When you hover the Horizontal Type tool over the ellipse, you'll notice the cursor changes to a dotted circle with the text cursor inside of it)
  3. Click inside the ellipse to type your paragraph
  4. You may want to set the paragraph to Center text
