"Not working" can mean several things. Please clarify.

Not working as in, when I click on any of the filters in filter gallery nothing happens. Photoshop doesn't perform the filter. When I use any of the filters outside of Filter Gallery, they work fine.

when I use any of the filters inside Filter Gallery they don't work. For instance, Cutout, and Poster Edges. As far as I know

none of the filters below can be accessed outside of Filter Gallery, or I would use them.
