i've got issues with photoshop 2021, when i zoom a picture, black and white pixels star to appear

If that should not resolve the issue does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
