i was not able to open photoshop on my pc

when i open it  it show me that adobe photoshop require windows 10 anniversary update(version 1607)

and i have downloded the latest version from the official site

Photoshop CC2018 requires Windows 10 version 1607 or later

Type winver in the start menu and hit return to find out which version on Windows 10 you have, you should see this
