I have an Illustrator file that has multiple logos, each on a separate artboard. This illustrator file is linked in Photoshop in order to create a tshirt mockup of each different logo. When I 'relinked to file' and choose the correct artboard it automatically updates all instances of this file to the same artboard. It won't honor the different artboards of the linked file. Is there a way to keep all the logos in one Illustrator file but get Photoshop to honor the different artboards? I would prefer to not have to export each logo/artboard into a new file. TIA

To answer this correctly, it would be helpful to know if your original Illustrator document has the logos on separate layers, or the same layer. I believe using separate layers in Illustrator would enable you to accomplish what you want.

The original Illustrator document had all logos on the same layer but different artboards/pages. I have updated the Illustrator document to have it organized onto separate layers AND separate artboards/pages but the issue persists. It allows me to choose different artboards/pages but not different layers. How would I accomplish this with the layers?
