Im paying $20.99 a month for photoshop and now im beeing told to buy it again

I opened up my creative cloud app on my laptopn today and now Im being told I have to purchase photoshop again when I already paid fopr it this month! This has me furious and it's already incredibly expensive. I'm going to go to Clip Studio Paint and cancel my subscription if someone doesn't fix this immediatly!

Are you Signed-In with the Creative Cloud Desktop App?

Is it possible you have signed-in with a different User ID?

And did you know that you can get Photoshop for US$9.99  in the Photography Plan 20GB (but only as a 12months subscription term.) ?

I too have a similar problem.  They have cut me off of something I have owned for more than 40 years.  All payed legally.

That's a year old thread. If you have a 40 year old version it might not work with modern OS. On the other hand, if you have the Photography Plan that costs around $/£10 a month you need to contact Adobe to sort out what's happened to the monthly payments, or see if you can access Manage Account under your pic (if you have one) top right.
