Image display not working

Since Friday I have had the following problem:
When I open a file in Photoshop - no matter if tif, png, jpg - the subject does not appear, but the window flickers black and white.
It doesn't matter where the image was saved (email or desktop or server).
I have even uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop.

If I want to change the image size, for example, the image appears in the small window, but it continues to flicker in black and white in the large window.
I can edit the file, e.g. convert from RGB to CMYK. But I don't see anything.
What could be the reason for this?
THANK YOU for your help.

open photoshop>edit>preferences>technology preview>check "disable native canvas" restart photoshop

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post if it helps you get responses.
