Image is pixelated at times when zoomed in

When i zoom in at times it's pixelated depending on how much i zoom. When i get close, it seems perfectly fine, no pixelation. But then when i zoom in more it becomes pixelated again.  Will this affect the final product? I'm just drawing and i don't want it pixelated when it's fully done, i don't mind dealing with it while i'm drawing in the program itself.

PS is pixel-based and of course the resolution will only ever be what you actually define and draw. so yes, it will always look pixelated if people zoom in beyond 100%. That's just how this works. If you need "infionite" resolution and dynamic rasterization you have to draw your stuff in Illustrator using vector graphics tools, but that has its own limitations.

I kinda worded it weirdly since i couldn't think of the right terms to use, sorry about that. I'm new to PS too and i've seen others art in their programs not seem pixelated at all no matter how far they zoom in. For me it happens whenever im far from the image too and i was concerned it would leave the final product pixelated when i'm done until i saw your response.  Thank you!
