Image Processor not Saving Files

New Here ,

Hello, I've been using Image Processor to auto rotate and cropped scanned images, usually .tiffs in my case for about a year now with no issues. After this latest update the processed images appear in Photoshop cropped and rotated like normal but no save action is undertaken. I noticed that when running the processor my drive will fill up with data like it should, making me think images were being stored in another folder then specified but upon exiting photoshop all of that phantom data is immediately deleted. I tried checking temp files to see if they were in there but to no avail.

Other thing's I've tried is using Dr. Brown's Image Processor Pro plugin but to no avail. I have gone into my preferences>file handling and made sure to check to save files to my computer instead of cloud, enabled legacy save as, this was suggested in some other forum posts but to no avail for me.

I've attached a screenshot of what my image processor settings are like, they are the same settings which have worked for me in the past. Will be extremely grateful if this can get resolved.

No problem on my side. I’m using Windows 11 and Photoshop 25.5.0.

Have you tried resetting the preferences? You should save any unsaved presets and actions before attempting to reset the preferences.
