Been using Image Processor to convert large RAW photo images to jpegs for sharing. Never a problem until lately. Consulted Adobe Support. Was advised to go to Prefereences > Performance. Then Uncheck Graphic Processor Option. Increase RAM useage to about 85%. Decrease History States to about 30, and then check the Deactivate Nsative Canvas option under Technical Previews Panel.
Image Processor Runs, but the converted jpegs are still empty/blank. Movever, after making these adjustments, Photoshop Tools were almost impossible to control, e.g., if I started Zooming in or out, it is hard to stop zooming. Same wiith the Healing Brush tools. Went back to my Default Preferences!

Hi @Lee242382421ddt ,
It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
Also, try:
Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
Thank you,
