I have just relaize that PS 24.7.0 does not work on Windows 10.  Help me here, pls.  I have CC... so I get the latest Adobe PS.  My current issue without searching for other issues, I cannot use 'Image size' to rewsize an image with PS 24.7.0 using WIN10 Ops system.  I can increaement it by tenths, but not put in a simple numver for one dimension and let the other dimension auto adjust.

On second computer, Win11, PS 24.7.0 works.

On Win10 system, older PS, i.e. v21, v23 etc. work.  Just not the latest version 24.7.0 Release.

Is this the new Adobe PS I can expect?  Or will Adobe correct this "bug"?  Has it already been propagated to Adobe.

Or...is this just something about Win10 Ops system and computer that will not operate PS any further?

My option now is to avoid PS 24.7.0 .  Use older version instead.

Help pls?

John

Hi @Racecar57 Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.

I have two Windows 10 machines running 24.7.

That's not the problem.

Usually the reason is that GPU requirements increase with every PS update. I'm not sure what that has to do with the Image Size dialog, unless you're using one of the GPU-accelerated resampling algorithms.

In addition to system info, post a screenshot of your image size dialog with the settings that "don't work". Also please explain what "doesn't work" means, exactly.
