Image settings or pasting the image

Hi Team,

when i paste the image on the artboard, a small image (same picture) is showing left top corner and when i move the picture then it was disappear and when i release the picture then again it is showing. Please guide me here, TIA

Can't reproduce on Win. What if you will reset your Preferences or reinstall Ps?

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue? 
Does turning on »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
