After resizing an image with a solid background a 1 pixel transparency can be seen around the edge of art. This also alters the colour breakup.

This has been an annoyance in Photoshop for years. I doubt it will ever be fixed.

Might be related to the colour profile somehow, but yeah been happening for awhile
Can you go back and resize with the image flattened (even if working on a copy)?
