Import Spherical Panorama issues - white screen

I' m trying to use the Sherical Panorama for perspective grids that I can move around using the 3D camera but whenever I import a png the whole thing just goes white, I can still draw but the image is just empty. This is my first time posting so sorry if this seems out ot place but I'm really desperate and tried to look it up everywhere to no luck.

First of all welcome here!

It's important to know which version of Photoshop you are using as some 3D functionnalities are slowly being phased out.
It might also be a GPU problem, so worth having a look at what your preferences say in the "performance" section.

unfortunately i don't really get what you want to achieve. as @Imaginerie said: some more information might be very helpful.
