quando eu jogo uma imagem recem baixada (do freepik por exemplo), minha inerface trava, não consigo trabalhar, ou também quando abro essa imagem pelo "abrir com" + photoshop ela tbm acontece isso, ai tenho que ou copiar foto, ou trazer pra dentro + rasterizar (interface trava e salvo, de la abro de novo e consigo utilizar

alguem me ajudaaaa

 

(quando eu importo pro canva e depois baixo de novo e jogo do mesmo jeito no photoshop, ele roda de boassss) ;(

 

coloquei os prints ai, n sei mais oq fzr aaaaaaaaa

Hi @Luscas_Alves sorry to hear this. Try this: Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur? 

 

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere:

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

 

 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
